How do I do this as cannot find it in my Outlook Help ot tools

I'm not sure what you mean.
Do you mean you want to send an email to a group of people but you don't want any recipients to see the list of recipients? If so then you can either:
(a) put all the recipients' addresses in the "bcc" box rather than in the "to" box
(b) create a group
Create a new contact called "undisclosed recipients" with your own email address as the address for it, then send your email to that contact and add everyone else you want to receive the email into the BCC field.
