When typing the first letter of an email address in the 'To' window in Hotmail, all past recipients beginning with that letter appear in a drop down window.

Some of the addresses that appear in this drop down window are not in my 'Contact List' but are people I've emailed previously.

How do I delete/stop these 'non Contact List' addresses from appearing in the drop down window?

From a support request at http://windowslivehelp.com dated October 2009:

"E-mail addresses that you have recently sent an e-mail to will automatically appear in the “auto-complete” option when you type in the “To” field. By default, the e-mail addresses that appear cannot be removed from “auto-complete” option and it isn’t possible to disable this feature."
