Sky Player error Windows bad image

When I click to play I get and error message - Exception Processing Message Oxc 000007b Parameters 0x7636023C 0x7636023C 0x7636023C 0x7636023C
The heading on the pop up box is Windows - Bad Image - sure its something to do with windows media player 11 - can anybody help this is driving me mad!!!!
