Windows upgrades

I have a PC running on Windows XP. Just lately when I download upgrades I can no longer access the internet.
I then have to do a system restore to an earlier dateto get back on line.

Any solution out there please?

If you are running zonealarm, you need to upgrade it to work with the latest MS updates

One of the latest Microsoft fixes conflicts with ZoneAlarm and stops access to the interent.

You can bypass it by shutting down ZoneAlarm.

ZoneAlarm have produced new versions of their products that solves the problem, you can downoad it from here
