My company is letting some computers go at work, and I took 2 Pentium 4s and Niether work. They turn on, but no video, I opened them up and everything appeared, connected. So, is there any suggestions on what to do?

If both don't show ANY video output, then I'd try another monitor.
Do they have onboard video cards or pci / agp cards?  If they have both try plugging the monitor into the other video output.

Send them to me ( complete with P4 chips ) and I`ll send you a working AMD athlon system !
