Thanks everyone for your good wishes!
Should have actually been on a cruise on Fjords but had to cancel due to, of all things, a torn quad muscle....not even through doing Yoga, where as you might know we move into stretches slowly in my style, anyway.
So, gutted! Having great treatment from a sports therapist, expensive but worth it.
Will have nice day whatever, people far far far worse off than me (have to say though, pain has been excruciating and I am not a wimp, never ill or immobile)
Serves me right!

That cake is lovely! See my post and ironically that Yoga pose was the first time I realised I had an injury as I had a sharp pain at top of my leg!
