i'm using my blackberry playbook, and i want to copy & paste some text from one site to another

i have already done it hundreds of times without a problem however, now there is a problem.......when i hold my finger on the screen to conjured up the copy option, the copy box appears - and also there is a little 'cancel' indicator in the same box..with a little red cross on it. the little movable pegs that i would move to encompass the text are not visible

i have no idea how to fix this. . . . . Help!

It's not clear from you post whether this is a problem with all sites, or with a specific site.

Some sites don't actually display text but images of text.

it is fine now

it just seemed to happen on that one site for some reason
