Skype on different PC`S

I have just set up Skype on my Netbook,what happens when I come to put it in my Laptop and Desktop.
Also if I am not online and someone wants to contact me,how do I know,do I get a message on my mobile??????

Launch Skype and go to Tools/Options/Calls/Call Forwarding and set up with Skype how you want to be contacted. You'll need to purchase some credit from Skype for this to work.

Sorry, I forgot to mention, just instal Skype as normal on all your computers as normal, using the same username and password.
