New Asus laptop: I've been trying to make backup recovery disks as instructed. The first two copied OK but the third ejects with the message "A fatal exception has occurred - insert a new disk." This has happened three times. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it's happened 3 times with 3 brand new sets of disks I suggest you contact the people you purchased the computer from.
