No sound with videos.

Can anybody give me some advice please?
When I transfer videos from mobile phone to PC there is no sound with playback.
Films taken with camera, webcam etc playback sound fine. The problem only seems to be with my mobile films.
Any suggestions?

what is the make and model of the phone, you just need the correct codec installed for the audio format it uses in it's video.
