word 2010 not printing the same as preview

am trying to print a doc but will not print to bottom of page, set all margins to zero and preview shows text to bottom of page but does not print to bottom any thoughts ??

Guessing that your printer can't (won't) print to the bottom of the page. To test it, take a line out of the text and see if does print everything then. There will be a means of telling it how to change, but I haven't a clue how you'd do it. Sorry, can't do better than that.

Check you have the page size set to A4 and not letter in the printer properties.

changed the printer properties to to A4 but still no good, went back into printer properties and it had changed back to letter, changed it back to A4 apply - ok went right back into properties and it had changed back to letter, so printer properties is not saving the settings that i apply, god knows how to fix that i think the bloody thing will end up through the window :(

got it sorted in the end, i just uninstalled both the printer driver/util program and office 2010 then reinstalled them, now everything is fine ??????? dont know why it wouldnt print in a4 before but its fine now :)
