Microsoft Autoroute 98 - pushpins

Tryed installing autoroute express GB 98 on laptop and have error message " The program cannot continue running because of a problem with the push pins" this runs ok on our other laptop. Do i need to change any settings?

You've not given us a lot to go on...

Autoroute 98 will not run on any version of windows after windowsXP, so if the laptop has windows vista or windows 7 on it then it will no work. all you can do is buy a newer version of autoroute.
