Transfer Address Book

Good Morning, Everyone,
Is there a simple way to transfer the contents of my AOL-Address-Book to my Microsoft-Address-Book, which I have not used as of yet?

In AOL, click on contacts to show the list of them and in the bar at the top is Tools which will let you export them - CSV is the most common format to use. In the other address book should be the option to import contacts.
