Copying pictures

I am trying to copy my avatar into the pictures folder on my computer. I right click on it, click copy, but when I navigate to the pictures folder the paste option is greyed out. What am I doing wrong?

Where are you copying from? If it's from your profile page just drag and drop in onto your desk top and then move it to your Pictures. Right click and copy just copies the link from Gravatar rather than the jpeg.

Thank you, that worked.
Mike, another way to do it is to right-click on your avatar in your Profile and then select "Save Picture As..." and choose "My Pictures" folder on your computer.

Thank you for that tip.
