I only tend to eat once a day, I just don't seem to feel hungry any other time. If I eat a naughty greasy breakfast, I probably won't eat again till tomorrow morning. Since being on this new diet by body doesn't like too many carbohydrates :)

Morning oopsydoopsy, I can't fault staying in bed (I can't do it myself, I just have to get up, even if it's to do nothing).

lol the thread you posted a few days back where we were talking about fine cask conditioned ales and beers; You know I never did have a drink, I've been on on the waggon since wednesday, I think I've done really well (for someone who has at least a couple of pints every day).

Hi btw,
I've not had the greasy breakfast and I probably won't. The not eating all day has nothing to do with the diet, I've nearly always been like that, at most 2 meals a day. I just don't find the requirement to eat!

Morning WBM and all great to see the road at last as my side road like many others have been bad and being in a dip takes longer to clear. Seemed weird looking out this morning and it had all gone at last,, Going shopping as not been out for a few days. Have a nice day all.
