Thursday. The 1st met by a grey sky and a bit of a breeze. The barometer is high, so should be OK.
No shoplifting, other than collect the paper. I'm happy with that. So I'm planning a lazy day. Having sad that, something is bound to occur to mess it up!

could do with unbroken sleep, this has become a nuisance now.
have a call from GP later to discuss meds, though i am not going to take any sleeping pills that would be the last straw

not with the sleep boaty, i have to get repeat prescriptions for my AF Atrial Fibrillation, and something else.
