Good Morning Early Birds!

Thursday. The odd snowflake yesterday. It didn't settle though. Just as well as it was blowing an 'ooligan and we'd have had some largish snowdrifts to deal with.

Off to the hospice this morning, so I will be away at 0815. The wee men have promised to not be late.

They are very good and I'm getting on well with them. Lots of tea and caramel bikkies keeps them happy. The cupboard units are going in now, very nice they are too.

Muddling along ok, thanks ...I'll be happier if Summer made its final exit, not likely at the moment though ....we've a top temp of 39d predicted for
Saturday and the V8 racing is this weekend ....glad I'm not going !!

I haven't experienced temperatures like that since the 60's when I was in Malaya and Aden. Incidentally, we had 3 RAR and A Battery RAA with us in Malaya. Had some good friends among them.
