A nice long walk along the beach with the dog, back for breakfast and a shower and then when the place wakens up into the nearest town for a few bits and pieces. As you say, after that will just go with the flow.

Thanks Alba, turning out a lovely holiday so far, really relaxing. Hopefully with all the walking won't gain any weight either so no naughty stool for me tomorrow!

It's a vicious cycle, exercise to try to stay-fit/become healthy which gives you an appetite then more exercise to get rid of it, then so on and so forth :-D
Healthy eating I suppose :-(

Is it a sandy beach or a pebble? Not that it makes any difference, I'm just curious!!

Not the best at healthy eating, but keep trying. To easy to not bother cooking when you are on your own. :). It s a lovely blue flag sandy beach and really peaceful early in the morning. Heaven!

Completely different circumstances from yourself, but pre-children, Mr Alba worked away for a week then home and so on, when he was away it was too much of an effort to cook a meal. It's an easy trap to fall into I think.

good morning spotit, sounds like a real haven where you are.
I've been awake since about 4, so that's not too bad for me. Mostly I think it's the light mornings, so I'm not complaining really! I hate it when the days get shorter and shorter. A bit more office work for me today, but got a lot sorted yesterday and hoping for good news on the house selling front today. Everything crossed!
