Lesser known sports...

...I've tried watching a few of these but the BBC guides are terrible. Anyone else agree?

Take volleyball - they give you the 'essentials' and these include the dimensions of the court, the height of the net and the diameter of the ball. They even tell you how many teams are present and show how if you win your matches you can win the gold (go figure!) but hardly any mention of the important part.....the rules!!!

Agree. It's pretty useless, though if you were dying to know that the volleyball net is lower for women, it's good ! That's what the expert commentary is supposed to do in the lesser known sports, but if you use the red button to go to them you may find that there is no commentary at all. That certainly applied in badminton the other day.
