wouldn't it depend on where it's printed? on a billboard it could be several feet across but on an item of clothing just a few inches or less

Yes sorry should have explained better, it is for clothing.
If LockNessMonster is right then no one wins the argument, i said it was 4cm and the other guy said 2cm.
