Many thanks Zhukov for putting the 2005 Champions League Final between AC Milan and Liverpool in your Post.
Having supported the Reds all my life it was definitely a major highlight as it was our 5th Win and we have the Cup for keeps !
The Mancs hate it as well ! lol

That 2005 final was a great comeback from littlepool, United supporters are far from hating littlepool in fact a great deal of respect is offered to the club of has beings. albeit not a champions cup now we are still in Europe, or are you going to go on about 'back in the day' as most littlepool cling-ons did in the eighties.

that night in May 2005 is still partly a blur for me, watched it in a crammed bar in Liverpool and the scenes afterwards were incredible, a night to tell my future grandchildren about (providing they're reds!)
One of my favourite sporting moments, however, will never be seen again, the 'unbeatable' Hope Valley 8 - 14 Parkonians 2's!

I wasn't quite 18 but I watched it in the miners welfare, now sadly gone, pubs didn't have T.V's like now and Bob the steward had scounged up six or seven sets and had positioned round the club I've never seen the place as full and when that goal went in the roof went they must have heard us at Wembley. Great moment even afterall these years it still gives me goose bumpswhen ever I see the clip

This is my favourite Wimbledon Final of recent years.Because it was held on Monday the crowd and atmosphere were totally unlike any other final..Great excitement..always a fan of Goran.
