Fair comment Philtaz....

I'm feeling a bit more positive for Ireland now.... only one thing I'm sure about...

Welsh fans will sing better than the Irish. =)
Nope, i reckon it's Ireland call.

...what others are saying to me: Oh me nerves...me nerves : =)

El,
Hook is on the bench and he can cover a number of back positions (15,10,12), also if Priestland is having an off day with the boot or hasn’t got the range Leigh Halfpenny can kick. I think that it is an exciting Welsh backs line up and will give your Irish team a run for it’s money.

ROG will have to watch out for Sam Warburton and Toby Felatau – both hit very hard!!!! – and if he does get splattered I think Sexton will go to pieces – I don’t rate him if I’m honest but there again I haven’t seen much of him.
The battle between the packs will be immense, particularly at the breakdown as there are some real ball scrappers in there. Warburton is on fire at the moment, as is Ferris plus both teams have an assortment of exciting backs.

I still can't put a cigarette paper between the teams, it's going to be extremely tense. As I've said previously I hope the game isn't won and remembered for some poor unfortunate making one tiny mistake (from either side) but more for a touch of genius or flair.

It probably won't be a try-fest but may well come down to the guy with the most accurate boot.

One things for sure, the tension is already building! I'll be cacking conkers by 6 a.m. Saturday morning!

Seriously...how is anyone supposed to concentrate on work to-day?. =)
Wales by 2 points for me - James Hook drop goal at 78/79 minutes!! Ymlaen , boys bach
Question Author

...sorry..try again...no pun intended!

Well, less than 10 hours until kick off and I don't know about anyone else but the tension is building! I really don't know how I'm going to sleep later and hope the odd Budweiser or three will have a soporific affect until I rise at 5.45.

Any other Taffs on here feeling it too? Shame we have to meet our fellow Celts at the quarters stage though but such is life. May the best team win, would love to be at the stadium, it's going to be a terrific spectacle and a great match I'm sure.

CYMRU AM BYTH!
Ha ha, just noticed the avatar change Noraq, very apt!

Philtaz....I just got in from work, I should be shattered...but I'm buzzing...not a chance I'd sleep and plan to be up for pre match chat at 5-30.

Imagine how the lads must be feeling.

as you say..may the best team win.
I'm still going to watchit from behind my couch:D
I'm seriously considering fore-warning the neighbours about any shouts they may hear from me (I'm known to be a bit 'vocal' when the rugby is on!), they have a 3 year old and I'm worried I'll wake her and them!
I'm too excited to sleep!!
I can't fit behind the couch alba, I'll be too busy pacing back and two and wearing out the flooring!
Question Author
Lol me too...shouting and pacing...and possibly several choice oaths.
Off to try and get a few zees.
See you all at the match. lol

IRELAND ABU!
Wish I was in Wellington, the atmosphere must already be unbelieveable. Whatever the result between two Celtic nations I think the after party will see Wellington drunk dry!

Even the pundits can't split us....

http://blogs.independ...-is-a-straight-50-50/
I'm worried I'll sleep in. Wake up at 7.40 and find we're 30 points down!
May the best team win, and may whoever does win go all the way.
