He takes legal highs, that's like saying he drinks perfectly legal alcohol. I tend to find alcohol causes more abuse and violence than drugs do.

He is already in prison and has been segregated from the main populace for his own safety.

These scum need to be taught a lesson, but he won't get what is coming to him, more likely his scum brief will twist it into making him the victim.
