depends who to, and who said it?
It seems a little odd that a player and club would make an official complaint about Clattenburg's comment/banter. Perhaps he shouldn't say anything but it does seem mild compared to some of the things we often lip read/hear players and managers shouting at refs
Could be either way, but doesn't look very complimentary to me.
In my experience a lot depends in the manner it is said, it is a comment that is not necèssary, as the player in question was the captain and as such is allowed to speak to the ref. That begs the question what did he say and how did he say it?
It's not an insult ,it's an opinion.
If the refs went crying to their Mommy/organisation everytime a player said something not nice to them. there wouldn't be a game.

It's all nonsense.
Who are we talking about?
Who 'reported' it?

Blimey, what a fuss about nothing.
He wouldn't want to work on the buildings when he retires.
Premier league football with so many foreign players and managers is becoming a big turn off.
