I think it's reasonably obvious...........

I wasn't aware that there were any laws or rules which have been broken, bent or otherwise twisted in this whole tawdry 'affair'....
It's a shame he didn't think of those people first Alba.

Although I do feel immensly sorry for the children of any famous person who can't appear to keep their pants on.
there should be a law against adultery - lol like to see you try and enforce that one!
love this song.. and as they say... putting your hands into trousers or knickers can destroy a life!

That's very true milly.

If in the public eye, then a person should conduct themselves a certain way. Role models and all that jazz.

Just out of curiosity, any person seeking an SI wouldn't be in court personally would they?
Also a lawyer or QC cannot divulge who their client is, which then begs the question, who leaked?
I did,nt realise that I had suggested any laws or rules had been broken.
I was trying to point out that in this case, the person named, follows the "thinking" of his
football club.
I trust this explanation, meets with your approval.
I believe the media knew of it before the injuction was sought, hence it being sought. So it wasn't leaked as such, just the found a way to say what they already knew without it coming back to them.
I'm with you now milly (It's obvious when you tell me d'oh, thick as mince sometimes :D)
<<He follows the SAF and Man Utd laws.
We can do no wrong. We are above the laws of football and the UK.>>

<<I did,nt realise that I had suggested any laws or rules had been broken. >>

Can you see where the confusion arose............?
I'm sure the resulting 'healthy bank balance' Imogen will no doubt enjoy as a result of all the media coverage will more than ease any pain she may suffer.

If she really thought that shagging a married sporting celebrity would never come out publicly, she was at best, naive... which isn't a crime but...
The radio presenter I listened to last night found Imogen's cries of privacy a tad ironic after he had visited her web-site.
I agree, and lets not ignore the daily pictures of her in the papers recently. Wearing outfits you might only normally chose to wear if it were a hot day. Which it hasn't been. But she isn't courting the press for attention or anything.
Interesting how it's taken for a fact that this alleged affair actually took place, as implied by the OP and many comments.

AFAIK it's still an "alleged" affair ...

If it didn't take place, does that change anything about the way super-injunctions have been used in this case?
They are all as bad as each other, but she wasn't the married one!
If it didn't take place, there would be no need for a super injunction.
Can't help thinking the thread has strayed from the original question into a bit of a trial. between the consenting adults.(not in any way do I condone their behaviour but am a realist)

They are both to blame. Even though she is the single one, i agree she shouldn't have gone after a married man but he is the married one...with kids!
If he didn't have a fling, then good luck to him to convince his wife he didn't. If he didn't it's nigh on impossible to prove a negative.

Maybe his missus had a fling and he was trying to protect others from it. Who knows, who cares?
Sorry jth no I ca,nt.
I think you are reading things into my first post that are,nt there at all.
It was in no way supposed to be serious,I have far better things to do with my time than
concern myself with the behaviour of professional footballers.
It seems to me that you believe, only that which you want to believe.
Sorry, I think I made it stray from the OP, so in answer to that.....

It's not just people with money. All sorts of idiots think they can have it off on the side and nobody will find out. Usually because they are selfish morons.
