Derailing the thread you started eh Khandro? Clever move. 🙄

Khandro, only a few days ago you posted "I do not rely on the internet as you seem to do, for my information, I read books and peer-reviewed articles in  well respected and acknowledged journals", and now you're sharing Breitbart' "athiest" news ...

I wish people would learn to spell my avatar name!

In fairness, Breitbart spelled the word correctly, which makes me anxious about Khandro; could he have actually manually copied the whole link but misspelled it?

no, the spelling is as in the URL; if it was different, the link wouldn't work.

Khandro at 16.01 - "No more racist criminal lying right wing agitating thugs, we have enough."

A. Hughes.

It's spelt "atheist".  They spelt it wrong, and then they fixed the spelling in the article, but not in the URL of the article ...

It is reporting on a conversation which happened between Dawins & Rachel Johnson

It matters not who reports that real conversation whether it's The Times, Breitbart or any news outlet.

well,  it does matter if you can't be sure you trust the reporter.

I' ve lost the plot here but it's clear I'm not alone.  What on earth are you all going on about?

Question Author

jno; Try googling, Dawkins declares himself a cultural Christian & there's any amount of references - most of them derogatory.

naomi, I don't know.

It seems that no one wants to talk about the OP.

it was discusssed at length on the first page, by you among others.

Khandro and Naomi. I was very familiar with RC churches in my youth. Why do you presume to know other people's experiences?

The 'reporter'  has nothing at all to do with it !!!  It was recorded & it's even there to see on a youtube. It matters not one jot if the link comes from Breitbart or the Catholic Herald, it's factual.

Khandro, I'll have to take your word for it, i'm not going to spend time digging around YouTube. I'm just suggesting it's wisest to link to a mainstream media report to encourage people to read it quickly without wondering if the source might be biased.

Jno has all the answers, khandro.    :o)

Atheist, I only know what you tell me.

Question Author

jno: /I'll have to take your word for it, i'm not going to spend time digging around YouTube. /

Then allow me;

I must renounce my atheism and become a Christian forthwith. First thing to do is buy a new bible. I have a $60 budget. Where can I get one from, I wonder ...

Khandro, how can you possibly disagree with what he said there?

Question Author

n. I don't disagree, but that isn't the issue of the OP which is; has this person who has made a lucrative living out of chastising & ridiculing religion, now become a mealy-mouthed apologist?
