Edinburgh Fringe Festival

Does anybody know if I have left it too late to get a few tickets to random shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival?

According to the official website, the box office doesn't open until June.

You can usually even get tickets on the day for most shows.

Went last year and gots lots of tickets on the day, had a great time and saw some very funny acts, famous and unknown. Sean Lock was fantastic. Plan your days more carefully than I did, spent more time walking/running round town to venues than was needed.
