At last it’s the weekend!
Hope you all survived Friday 13th.
Any plans for today?
The weather is not great here so I think it will be a quick run to the dump and then housework.

No specific plans. Plans will evolve organically depending on if I manage to get some sleep and what time I wake up, or if I don't get any sleep at all.

Morning JimF, do you have to manage a job with lack of sleep or are you a man of leisure?

Officially man of leisure, though do continue to manage gainful employment, currently with a US-based organisation so don't have to log in before 1pm GMT.

Oh that sounds very convenient but probably doesn’t help with your sleep schedule

I don't complain, really - I've never needed more than five hours sleep since my mid teens. I find though in my advancing years that I really fancy a kip in the afternoon, but if I do that then I don't sleep that night.

G'day Red & Jim, didn't see any black cats yesterday, nor did I walk beneath a ladder or open an umbrella indoors.

I should be safe from disasters until the next time I stuff things up..

Life is good thanks.
Garden is turning brown and crunchy, summer and winter are the worst times for plants in my neck of the woods.
Extreme heat or extreme cold.
Arid all year round;-)

Morning m'dears, stayed in all day yesterday for a parcel that didn't arrive didn't even show it was out for a second attempt. So in all day today by the look of it. Fridge and freezer rammed after a batch cook yesterday. I even made Scouse as I had some veggies to use up from a soup pack and some stewing beef.

Friday 13th is held sacred to the Feminine divine by some pagan groups. It's probably why men created the unlucky superstition. Using the 13 at the last supper as an excuse.
