I just got up just under an hour ago. Made my way slowly up stairs and went to the bathroom. I decided I felt like I could eat something but that wasn't sure about executing my Father's Day plans. Suddenly I hear a noise and I think that a cat is at my dads Father's Day balloon. Made a run for the living room and stop dead when I see a Pigeon sitting on the sofa AND a cat staring it out!

I should point out...I have 6 cats - all fired for being useless!
Lol.
Pigeons 'rats with wings' I forget who said it but so true. I can't think of anything that strange but have had a Raven fall down my chimney stack ages ago but once the gas-man came around to let him out, he walked into the living room as though he owned the place, you see them all the time but up close they are big. I didn't realize myself even walking near them perspective is askew outside.

They were right though. I've never seen a Raven before so I can only imaging the size of one. Good job OH was here to out it out the window!

We quite often have lizards take up residence indoors, a rather cute one at the moment, changes colour depending on which wall it is on.
A family of Blue Tongues have been residing in my workshop for years now, many generations of them. Can hand feed them quite often, but they do make themselves scarce during winter.

A baby bath hiding in the curtains. Apparently young ones lose their way easily. Then there was the time we were visiting ex's parents in Scotland....one morning there was a bat peering up at me from the floor of the shower.

A friend's husband cut an emergency hatch in the woodwork to let them out when the need arises!

I nipped to the kitchen to make a brew in the advert break of 'Heartbeat' one Sunday evening - heard the music start for it's return and walked in to find 5 ducks sat looking at the TV.
