I was a little bit out with my prediction of yesterday's rugby result. I said Ireland would win by a small margin. Well; if you call ten points a small margin...Ireland 19 England 9. That means Ireland are the only ones with a chance of the grand slam. Well; done lads. :o}

On that happy note, have a happy day everyone.

Afternoon oz.

I'm fine thanks mate. A wee bit of quality control was necessary. ;o} It was a very good match to watch. Some good play by both teams. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The South African ref was one of the best I've seen for a long time, he kept the game moving, but stood no nonsense, but on that front it was a good, clean game.

They are the best sort of games Boaty, fast moving, not too much interference from the official and no foul tactics allowed.
Sometimes I reckon the ref has the most difficult position on the field, and you never hear the crowd cheering for the ref ;-).
More likely bagging them for a decision made or an indiscretion missed.

Often that is indeed the case oz. It's wrong, but that's the way of it. He did a good job as did his assistants. As I say, a very enjoyable game to watch, I'd still have said that if England had won.

Got a workman coming at 8am to fit a new front door. At last!!... I'm getting rid of my horrible, hideous, chav, cheap looking , ubiquitous white plastic uPVC one. I've had it since 2001 and have never really liked it but now, I really hate it. Soooo, todays' the day it gets the old heave ho.
