"Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rapidly promoted by mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a piece of sh!t by the clean end."

Polical Correctness (according to my friend) is a form of cultural Marxism. He might have a point there..
Cultural Marxism? Is that different from cultural fascism ? Which part of Marx's doctrine brings political correctness to mind ?

(Sorry, can't answer the OP because I don't understand it. May we have it in plain English ?)
Lovely imagery
If a spade can call a spade a spade, then why can't a shovel call a spade a spade?
The problem starts when you call a spade a statistic...

So you dont believe in being politically correct?

you're fine with calling people n!gger$ are you?

what's the difference between that and PC?

PC is just a tag for terminology used to avoid offending people when you don't think they should be offended by the word.

In other words it's the 'everbody should think like me' syndrome
Are you,in fact saying every-one should think like JTP, JTP?
You seem to be talking about good manners. Personally, I'm all for good manners, but I wouldn't expect to set the standard for other people. (And prosecute people who didn't reach my arbitrary standards)
Is this because your racist jokes got removed?

She will still carry on posting them!
PC, like H&S, is a label frequently mis-applied to the defences which have to be used against the ravages of the ever-invasive "Blame and Claim" Brigade.
'PC' is simply a phrase to describe good manners.
//Yep, bring back the day of latent racism when you could be rude about people as much as you like.//

Legislation doesn’t educate people, it doesn’t change the way they think and it doesn’t cure the problem – it simply stifles it and allows it to fester.
I think the point is that Jem posts racist jokes without a seconds thought for who her audience is.

I'm not saying she is racist, I giggled at some of them, but I wouldn't tell them to a room full of people while I was blind folded.
Jem, Political Correctness works one way in the UK, If it was said the other way around you would get put inside like a friend of mine did a few years ago.
That's because racial abuse tends to work one way in the UK

When did you last see black football supporters taunting white players?
I have no problem being un-PC and the company I keep has no problem being un-PC.

But there is a vast difference between to me sat round a table with friends making un-PC jokes and comments and me broadcasting these comments on a forum. (These friends are both black & white)
