Morning alba.
There are some gorgeous chocolate shade hair dyes around at the moment :=)

I'm not doing too bad, I started a diet and fitness regime 2 weeks ago but not lost any weight yet, early days I suppose. I don't have a lot of weight to lose but would love to get back to a size 8/10 instead of the 12 I am now. I am trying to become more mobile too so have been doing gentle toning workouts with light weights. I have very sore gluteal muscles (bum cheeks) right now. lol

I passed a size 12 a heckuva long time ago :-) (and a 14 and a 16) Stuck at 18 so only go to shops to buy a 16 (well I blame my specs!!)

Hope all goes well with the fitness regime. You've more willpower than I.

I've been a darkish red for a while now and fancied a change.

I think I've done something foolish. Mr O has gone into town for a bit of shopping....and I am letting him chose a hair dye for me. Gulp! What he will come back with is anyone's guess

He's going on somewhere and won't be home 'til around 3.30pm, so you have lots of time to place your bets.

If I ever trusted my oh to choose my hair colour it would either end up jet black or possibly fiery red, he loves redheads and black is his favourite colour. I would look awful with either shade as I am very pale with a slight yellowy tinge. lol
