Nice morning here. I was all wrapped up on leaving the house but its not as cold as I thought and by the time I got to work, I was sweating buckets. At least in some ways its nice to have to change into a nice crisp fresh uniform rather than stay in those sweaty things all day.
We have a lovely new home made soup on today which Im looking forward to trying out Roast parsnip and rosemary. Sounds great ! I always love my sunday lunch at work. Hope you all enjoy yours today

Well I am going to Aerobics this morning and my granddaughters are taking my daughters / son in laws out for a meal as they are mothers.
I suspect the 2 grandfathers will be paying the bill.

'Morning everybody it was raining when we got in at midnight and it was still raining when I took Max out at 06.45. It's stopped now and it looks to be brightening up so we'll just have to wait and see

Morning to all - fires laid, Crosswords ready to be posted, the sun is out, a little chilly but that will soon go - we celebrated M's Day yesterday as there is a death in the family, however a roast lamb later......

Otherwise it's quiet - newspapers to pick up in an hour and a coffee or two in one of my local hostelries, more of an Inn.....
