Portmeirion.

Thanks to IAP, perigra, stevie and others who gave me advice about Portmerion. We had a week there,got back yesterday and enjoyed everything about the place. Those buildings are out of this world! I know what you meant about the welsh speakers, north walien shopkeepers tend to speak welsh all the time which we thought was a bit ignorant but, most of them were friendly. :-)

I once spent a very pleasant afternoon in Portmeirion watching people have to wade through the sea when the tide cut them off. Very funny!!
