hello rugeleyboy, I've chosen my name because I love aquamarine stones and I cannot remember passed the first five on the periodic table and this is no:4...
I've answered this before but I'm happy to do so again.

'Buen chico' is Spanish and literally means 'good boy' but it can be used, colloquially, to mean something close to the English 'fine fellow'. Many years ago, I used to have a Spanish drinking partner. Although he spoke better English than I do, after a few drinks he would often slap me on the back and proclaim "Tu eres un buen chico". 'Buenchico' became my nickname in the pub and I still use it to this day.

Chris
Mine is just my name - as you can probably guess. Hyphenated because I had to re-register after a PC glitch a few months ago. Unexciting, but durable.
Noxlumos is what my little 8 year old daughter thought "no light" or "light of the night" ie darkness meant in latin, because I suffer from migraines and sometimes the kids come into a darkened room and go to turn the light on and I'll shout "no light". Although it's not a true latin translation I quite liked it :)
Mine is paying homage to my favourite sci-fi author, Iam M Banks. The Lazy Gun was an idiosyncratic smart weapon with a whimsical way of dispatching its target :)
Another homage, to the memory of the father of British popular music. Lonnie Donegan.
Don is my name the "1" makes it sound like don juan because in my youth I was quite a lothario.
I am a sales rep for a company with Tropical in it's name and my name is Bob and all my customers call me Tropicalbob

It's the cat's name. Three people in our house, one cat each. Campbell King, Trumpton Taylor and Jess Bramble Carter.

Mine is an example of an oxymoron.

Boing Boing! (The 17th best football team in England)

A keen member of the Strauss Society, I thought I'd use part of the title of the most popular waltz ever written - The Blue Danube.

Did you know it was originally written as a song for male choir, but the tune gained precedence!
