Curiouser and curiouser. 2 days after the Salisbury Poisonings too.
Just what WAS he doing going alone, then being vague about the details later?

No idea where the 2 days but came from in that post, I wrote ‘a month’!

Aw, wassup ToraToraTora, a day old ‘matter of national security’ story not floating your boat?
What do you care about national security? You commie types would have been happy to join the Soviet Union.
I can think of two reasons for him to go alone, Fatticus...and as for being vague? No change there.
TTT, it's news so many will be interested to read the article. It's not all about you!

I believe they’re very relevant and important questions. Seems the media do too.
He’s getting forgetful again though.

His memory is shocking!
hardly news, ancient history more like, why didn't they bring it up then??
Ha ha. A bit rich saying "a risk to the country" after Corbinsky was leader!
Labour leader (of course)
Hmmmm ….. He’s James Bond …… obviously.
good point ZM, they've forgot about their man, agent Cob and probably all their union buddies.
Conveniently.
Well, the Russkies are no fan of Bozza now after all the aid he's given to Ukraine.

My Recruiting Sergeant and former comrades would be most amused to hear that I’m a ‘commie’.
We all met up recently at the 40th Anniversary Service for those fallen in the Falklands Conflict.
Must admit I do own a ushanka hat, it’s my pride and joy, it cost me 20 cigarettes and a can of Coke.
It was exchanged with a young Soviet soldier at Checkpoint Bravo in 1989. You’ll not believe a word, but at least I know the truth.

Seems to me that the only one loyal to commies and the Soviet Union is the disgraced idiot still residing in Number 10, your hero, ‘the great man’ Boris Johnson.
Would you care to hazard a guess or offer an opinion as to why he carried out such inexplicable actions? After all, it’s a matter of utmost security.

If you follow the links you’ll realise he’s only just been questioned by the Liaison Committee about it but as ever, he’s a bit vague on the detail…..again.
ok Fatti I seriously doubt with your tendencies that you are either a Tory or ex military but hey ho, I'll play along. Are you going to start sniping at our new leader straight away or will you let them have a honeymoon? I assume Tugendhat is your man, how loyal will you be to him? I assume like him you are a remoaner.
I Think Boris should be locked up until a new PM is chosen , A scorned Pm can act like a scorned woman.

Why would I want to be ‘loyal’ to him? I’m apolitical, I don’t vote.
I didn’t take an oath to any political party.
He is however a man who appears to have decent credentials for taking on the job.
He has more decency in his little toe than Johnson could ever dream of.
Served his country, on the surface has no skeletons in the cupboard, no questionable morals, murky past or dodgy pals. I’m guessing he’s not a serial shagger nor adulterer either?
Most importantly, as I’ve said, he is not tainted with the Johnson smell and was a fierce critic of him, hence no stick of questionable morals or loyalty to beat him with a year or two down the line. He has an opportunity to refresh and renew the Tory party kite mark that presently resides in the gutter.
He’d take his party 180 degrees in the opposite direction to the way Johnson did.
On the face of it he can restore trust and faith in politics from the public but he must have nothing to do with ANY of the Johnson cabinet, they are all now tarnished with that brush, they all sat and backed a proven liar for far too long, certainly longer than their consciences should have allowed.
ok Fatti, fair enough. You know what is the most disturbing thought though? We could end up on the same side!
