Would you admit to using it? Serve 'braised' by shaping & burning by butane gas cylinder, then drizzle over butter.

used it once to make corned beef hash (about 20 odd years ago) never again!!!!

What time would be suitable NoM?
Did you manage to buy a charger or shall I bring one along with a bottle of plonk?
No, not for me tambo. I do use the frozen potato pellets though, they are a very good substitute! x
Hey guys... got some fab bargains on booze. Tony has discovered Aldi in the eight weeks I was back in England and he's like a dog with 2 d*cks. He bought some champagne for £9.99... Louis Durande or something, we tried it the other night and it was really lovely, so we went back and got several bottles. We also got Freixnet Cava from Carrefour... 2 bottles for £9.95 (One Rose, one gold label). So, if you fancy getting blasted, I've plenty in the fridge !!

Glad you're sorted NoM. :D

Are you sure you're enough Vino, you know us by now, we can drink the Med dry lol
Yes, I always do Paella del Senyoret which is shelled seafood. I'll just be using salmon and prawns, since I can't be bothered with anything too fenickity today. I've plenty of booze in, but you can never have to much, eh? :-0
Question Author
how about a recipe NoM.....I've never cooked paella, so make it simple/cheap, ta ;)
Tbh, Tambo, I do cheat a little. I buy a paella kit from Carrfour which comprises the caldo (stock) and arroz bomba (bomba rice) for about eu3.65. I fry some garlic and finely-chopped red pepper and then add the rice and fry for a couple of minutes. Then add the nearly boilding stock, plus the same quantity again in water and let it cook into the rice. I add the fish about five minutes before the end of cooking time.
