ShoppingRefund of postage??I ordered a couple of small items online on Monday 17th Nov and the site states orders before 5pm have next business day delivery which was £3.95. I ordered my items around mid-day. They did not arrive the next day so I typed out an email to them yesterday to say this. This morning, my package arrived so hardly next business day delivery. I have emailed them to tell them the goods have arrived and to add that I was not happy regarding the delay. Am I within my rights to ask for a refund of the postage charge? I have ordered from this company in the past and never had any problems and always received next day delivery. your answers would be appreciated. thank you thelewisgang Thurs 20/11/08 19:55
