morning sunbeams...oooh, intit cowd? <as we say here> - we have our own lingo too, but you already knew that. That first song is lovely Kit & I've passed it on to T, it's their kind of music...yesterday he showed me an amazing guitarist on YT...if you search Naudo on there you'll find him.
oh, & he's putting together the mother of all computers & says I can have the one he has now...so there's at least one area where I'll be up to speed (there were grumbles in CB yesterday about peeps who don't move at supersonic level, tut)

shaney a little help for the 10 gnome game
this is what you're looking for hehe
if you scan as far left as poss on the rooftop pic, click the roof, then you see a building that says something like Tish on it, click slightly to the left of that & you'll spot one, hahaha...click on him.

I love Tears for Fears Vin, I'll listen to them on my puta as I write a shopping list

syrup
chs
cstrds
blue bag
hairnets
did I say syrup?

Possums, I was gonna bring you some powdery snow this morning but it got washed away by the drizzling rain before I could even log in, sorry.

He he, wonder if Neti noticed that Vinny's YouTube clip is a game...?

testing testing You won't get that joke until you learn Swedish! This is it: All Swedes including yours truly resort to Swenglish now and then when grasping for the right word in English - we tend to use the Swedish word but with an English inflection - if it sounds English it's got to be English, right. Now, the Swedish word for "dot" is "prick", and dots would be prickar. And so, it's a very common mistake for Swedes to try to explain the letters and by saying that "some of the letters in the Swedish alphabet have two pricks on them." He he he, long explanation for a short story - but it's very funny whenever it happens! Imagine the facial expressions of the auditorium.

Yeah bit rude that sign, Neti - at least this one is... helpful

Here's a cute little game for the grandmotherly inclined - and for myself and for Neti. Click the pricks to catch pussy - you understand, yaaah?
...mmmmmm..... listening to Naudo now Robinia.
That bloomin pussys hard to catch init...im sorry,im gonna have to shoot it...(((Bang)))) (:O)
vinny!!!!!!!
blimey, Sweedie you crept in early behind me in your slippers...I always make Swedish (chef) noises when I'm cooking, hahaha

well it's a good job Vinny put puss out of her misery really.....I'd already soaked her with my water pistol

> > > > > >

Oh syrup to it I'm in a real muddle now ....I have just messed around for ages and have found one lone gnome .
Looks like snow on the way .....it's sveeeding cold out there ...
Question Author
Oh crikey Vinny just read that in the paper ....dear oh dear ...we'll be getting warnings on hairnets soon .
Warning
Hairnets can seriously damage your perm .
Whatever will they come up with next ....
I see they mention buttered toast .... no mention of Golden Syrup though ....................slurp !
I've found 10 gnomes- well one actually ten times, but I'm counting it!!
Hi all, Kit thank you for the flowers, what a beautiful picture, popped in briefly to say hi and spent a lovely therapeutic time with all the games. According to Sis Mum isn't in pain but was quite drowsy yesterday, will get more news tonight. DH woke up today with an achey knee, has just texted me to say it is swelling up and stiffening up (the knee ladies, focus please). Decided that i needed a "me time" day so I put the pups in the car this morning, made myself a picnic lunch and spent the morning sussing out good dog walking spots in the forest...dogs loved it and are now knacked....got to go get some volarol for the old man....bye

Oh dear Woofie you had better sign him up to Biddybank with the rest of the creaky knee brigade ! Hope things soon improve for your Mum x
I have just discovered why my feathered friends have been so thin on the ground lately ...heard this "chit chit chit " outside and blow me down there on the fence was a sparrowhawk !
First time I have ever seen one in the gardens round here .
I am in a quandry now about feeding them ....because I have several blackies (with nests) and all the sparrow brigade etc .....he's going to be on a free lunch !
Hi Shaney, I stopped feeding the birds because of the local cat population, they still visit the garden and feed on wild seeds and berries, also nest here but don't gather in bunches so are safer. Thanks for your good wishes about my Mum she was better yesterday and the physio's are starting with her today, she is a tough old bird but I wish I could spare her the pain.
I had a go a the reverse mousie thing....its a doddle, you just turn your mouse upside down!!....we have a rotating monitor so you can see A4 docs properly, but the software is a bit sensitive so you get used to using the mouse upside down or sideways to get the blooming thing back up the right way.
We had a thick frost here this morning and worse predicted tonight, still at least it kills off the bugs and mozzies, hampshire is so wet and mild, my garden gets like a Louisiana swamp sans aligators some years.

Had to laugh, the boys are into chewing everything in the garden except the roses at the mo. On Sunday (Mothers Day but we have no kids) one little fur angel came galloping in and presented be with a spray torn off my winter honeysuckle complete with flowers....a bit chewed but the thought was there!!
Possums. I'm rollin' on the floor laughing at Shaney's lost lone gnome and at Neti finding the same gnome ten times over - and I just can't wait for Vinny to learn the yoik and post it to YouTube. Here's your outfit, it's compulsory.

Woofy I misread your post and thought you said you "spent a lovely therapeutic time with all the gnomes", ha ha ha! I really did.

Here are some non-family photos from my Singapore sister's album, as promised:

singapore house

possibly singapore new year? I think the colour red may have to do with celebrating. Oh well it's not clothes lines anyway.

view from a window

your guess is as good as mine

singapore buddies...

...at the singapore zoo

ps has anybody stopped that **** cat yet or is it impossible? and why won't AB have an edit post function so I don't spend time on here PSing myself??
Have you tried turning kitty upside down, Woofy. No really it is possible, I think the trick is to click dots quite far away from the kitten so that you have some time to build the wall before she gets too close.
Mornin peeps...
lovely sunny day.
left click woofy and click rewind...magic the bu66ers gone...hehe..!....
Thanks fer that pic kip.!!!...why do I get this funny feeling somebodys busy in the paintshop..(:O)
oh luverly pics by the way....the size of them there pears..bet you dont get many of them to the pound...give one of them to an old biddy and she would be chewing it all week....talking of which....wakey wakey up there in derbyland..(:O)
