Flat Boots

I am looking for winter boots without any heel...soft and supple preferably as I hate having to break boots in. Any recommendations?

Clarks had a flattie that I liked on ebay-but I don't see them now....will have to keep looking.
Pavers have some lovely boots. It's also worth trying javari
