Returns policy

Does anyone know what Asda's return policy is ? I bought a very cheap heater from them about two and a half weeks ago, and now it won't work on the one bar setting - it was fine up to yesterday so I'd like to either have a refund or have it replaced, but I can't find the receipt for it.

just take it back and be friendly.had the same problem with a camera and they were magnificent.try doing that at Comet/Currys.

Asda usually very good about returns...did you pay by card/cheque etc..as long as you have proof of purchase does not have to be a till receipt..

you have the right to return an item even without a receipt - although they will only offer a replacement. did you pay by card, and if so print out a page of statement saying that was the time of shopping when you bought it. original packaging etc. will also help. don't be fobbed off as it is a statutory right under the sale of goods act x
