Flight Kit

My boyfriend is going on a business trip and has to fly for the first time since he was a child. I know he's a little nervous and I'd like to put together a kit with some fun and cute things that might help him relax and enjoy the flight. Any ideas?

pg693		(Wed 09:59 06/May/09) I suggest you find things to keep him relaxed and occupied. I normally take my ipod along and load it up with an audio book or two. I normally have to listen to sections more than once as I tend to doze off but they are great to relax to and it helps the time fly by.
