Christmas gift for my 20 yr old friend

Can someone please suggest a gift idea for a 20 yr old girl? Usually gift shopping is not this diffucult for me but in this case I have no clue. I know she likes clothes but i don't know her size and i don't want to just get her a gift card. I know she likes earrings but i don't know if she likes silver or gold. I don't want to get her perfume because that's what I got 2 other friends for christmas. I have to get her gift today because tomorrow is the last day we'll see each other before christmas. Any ideas?
