basket ball game worn on your head

i'm looking for a silly basket ball game. i saw someone wearing this on a tv program and would like to know where i can buy one.
it was a plastic ring that was worn around the head with a mini basket ball net attached. you had to throw the balls up into it. looked like great fun if you had had a beer or two !!
