Best woman dress

My best friend (the groom) is getting married and has asked me to be best woman. Do mens wedding hire shops even cater for this type of request? am i going to have to get a dress specially made that will match their suits? does anyone have any experience of this?

If i leave it to him it'll never get done and i'll end up wearing my jeans.

I'd stick to something that matches the bride's maids, but is dissimilar to them so you don't get mixed up. :)
