White Christmas by Bing

who is the blonde woman in the music video for white christmas that sings with Bing? I'd assumed it was Rosemary Clooney, having never seen the film "white Christmas" but looking at pics of her, it doesn't look like the same woman. Is it her or not?

If it's Black and white , it's probably from "Holiday Inn" the film it originally appeared in ...1942
