why not just take a break for a week and enjoy the weather and not having to be at work?

Or do some decorating, gardening, diy etc?

if really wanting a challenge (may not be for a para) then try doing this next weekend www.toughguy.co.uk
book a last minute hol and go somewhere fun or as redcrx says some house maintenance
Wullie - if you are really bored you could fit some window locks for me!!! Alternatively as redcrx says relax and enjoy the weather. Have an nice week.

For $1200 a day I'll bl00dy do it!
wullie - you're showing very poor initiative for an ex-Para.
Wullie - contact local youth workersand put your training to good use and get involved in some activities with young lads. There are so many youth clubs DESPERATE for positive male role models to get involved with some of the more difficult kids ....and you sound just the man for the job. I promise you you'd find it very rewarding.
Why not go to the other extreme for a couple of weeks and become a chav? It would seem all you have to do is sit around most of the day watching Jeremy Kyle, Trisha, Jerry Springer etc, browse through the Argos catalogue (in particular the Elizabeth Duke section) for hours, mentally spending your next benefits cheque, then tuck your trousers in your socks and head for the local shopping centre to hang out with your scally mates. Adding an affected limp as you walk will enhance your status within the chav ranks too!
Give it a go wullie, let me know how you do, I might join you when I get some time off too! ;o)
