Depends on the weight of the loaded aircraft as well as outside temperature, but it can be as low as 104 knots and as high as 155 knots or, roughly 115 mph to 171 mph (1 knot = 1.15 mph)...
Apparently this is not as simple a question as it may sound but a typical speed is 150mph.

The speed it COULD take off at is slower than the speed that the authorities dictate it MUST take off at and both of those speeds are affected by how much the aircraft is carrying.
