The first is gravity... see of that triggers any thoughts on the rest of them...
Moisture

rain
wind

?
sounds lke a bit of mixed emotions to me lol
nature must be the first then
It's not, ziggy. It's gravity.
if its gravity

why can water move up ! between two sheets of glass?

lol
Eh? What's this one then? Tell me what you mean.
does gravity pull or push?
why do the flames of candles on a revolving table steer inward?
Pulls.
Earth, wind and fire. They were once a good group weren't they....
science hasn't made its mind up yet ice

lol
It has - it's just us who might be getting certain things wrong!

Imhotep - wrong topic. That should be in "Music"!!!! Lol.
too true ice

a lot of misconception on here too lol

dont forget water imhotep
zig.zag,

A (covered) flame on a revolving platform moves inwards because the air is being forced outwards creating a lower pressure on the inside of the flame. same principle as why a balloon in the back of a truck would move backwards if the driver brakes.

my guess for the sentence

The force of gravity causes water to move down, can pull huge masses of ? slowly down ? ?, and causes water carried by clouds to fall to earth.

not sure on the middle two at all!!
Ooops,yes, you're right there Ice.
Making a mess of things here aren't I.
Sorry to ruin your thead mindy.

I would definitely say the answers are
Gravity
downwards
moisture
to earth
rain
clouds
Aah might have made a mistake there..
The
to earth should be ..... the sky
I reckon it is anyway.
Could it be "...can pull huge masses of ice slowly down glacial valleys ..."?
It could be anything!

For example: can pull huge masses of people slowly down mine shafts!
