What Is That Star/Planet?

It is seen in the South-Western sky in the early evening. A few weeks ago, there were TWO in approximitely in the same location; both of them very bright.

Can someone give me both of their names please?

Venus and Jupiter.

If your interested in astronomy, download Stellarium ( http://www.stellarium.org/ ) - it's a great FREE program that you can tweak to see what you see out of your window. (I used it a few weeks ago to answer the same question)
P.S. It's Venus that's still visible.
